Six simple ingredients will have this dinner ready in minutes and perfect for any delicious end to a weeknight or weekend.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 lbs boneless pork chops, 3/4" thick
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Food Club vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice, strained
  • 3/4 cup packed Food Club light brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Set out for 20 minutes to come to allow them to come to room temperature.
  2. Whisk together orange juice, brown sugar and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Warm oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops for about 4 minutes per side and check temperature with a thermometer.
  4. Remove from pan when the internal temperature reaches 145° F. Let rest for 3 minutes.
  5. Pour out any excess oil from the pan. Place pan back on medium-high heat and deglaze the pan with the orange juice mixture, scraping up any browned bits. Let boil, while stirring constantly for 2 minutes or until thick.
  6. Pour a small amount of glaze over each pork chop and serve immediately
