Frozen Chocolate Dipped Cheesecake
Chocolate Covered Cheesecake is the ultimate party food – nothing can beat this rich and flavorful bite-sized dessert. Be warned: these won’t last!

Ingredients:
● 1 Frozen Cheesecake, partially thawed
● 2 cups dark chocolate chips
● 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
● 1 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
● 1 cup Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed
● 1 cup Mini Pretzel Twists, crushed
Method:
- Using a sharp knife, cut cheesecake into 6 slices and place on a parchment-lined baking
sheet. Carefully insert a popsicle stick into the wide end of each slice and freeze for at
least 4 hours or overnight. - Melt the chocolate and shortening in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring
between each increment. - Dip frozen cheesecake slices in melted chocolate and dip in crushed graham crackers,
cookies or pretzels. Return to freezer until ready to serve. Let thaw at room temperature
for 10 minutes before serving
