Food Club Cheesy Jalapeno Popper Dip

A warm and comforting dip with a little kick!

Ingredients:

1 8 oz. block of Food Club Club Cream Cheese

1 Cup Sour Cream

1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, Divided

6 slices of bacon, cooked crumbled plus more for garnish

1/4 cup sliced jalapenos, roughly chopped, more for garnish

1/4 cup of diced green chilis

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Chopped parsley for garnish

Tortilla chips for serving (optional)

Sliced French bread for serving (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, and 1/4 C. parmesan in a medium bowl. Stir until combined.
  3. Add bacon, jalapenos, green chilis, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Tranfer mixture to a lightly greased 8x8 inch baking dish. Top evenly with remaining parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is golden brown. Approx. 20-25 mins. Garnish with parsley and additional bacon and jalapenos. Serve warm with chips or crusty bread.
