Double Chocolate Cake Mix Cookies

Got a chocolate craving? Try these soft, chewy fudge cookie that only requires four ingredients and is ready in less than 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips or chunks

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees and lightly spray two cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  2. Beat together the butter, eggs and chocolate cake mix in large bowl.
  3. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spoon the dough into 1.5 tablespoon sized balls and place two inches apart.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy.
