Cookie Crumble Cheesecake
Our Cookie Crumble Cheesecake is a fun, customizable dessert for any birthday or celebration. Plus, it's a great recipe to try with kids!
Ingredients:
1 ct. 16 oz. Beehive Cheesecake (any variety)
1 cup any Store-Bought Cookies
Your choice of dessert syrup
Directions:
- In a sturdy bowl or ziplock bag, place 4-5 cookies and cover with a tablecloth to prevent crumbs from escaping. Using a mason jar or wine bottle, apply pressure to the covered cookies and pound until crumbled. Alternatively, a food processor can be used.
- Pour 1 layer of dessert syrup over the center of the cheesecake to help adhere the crumble. Uncover cookie crumbs and sprinkle on top. Decorate with additional dessert sauce if desired.
- Place cheesecake in refrigerator for 5 minutes, or until chocolate sauce has firmed. Slice, Serve and Enjoy!
