BLT Pita Pocket
These simple and healthy BLT pita pockets are full of crisp turkey bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and a mayo spread made with garlic and lemon.

INGREDIENTS
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pita pockets, halved
- 4 leaf lettuce leaves
- 2 large Roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Place bacon in single layer on rimmed baking pan; bake 20 minutes or until crisp. Transfer bacon to paper towel-lined plate.
2. In small bowl, stir garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and pepper; spread inside pita pockets. Fill pockets with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and bacon.
