Berry Yogurt Parfait
Yogurt Parfait is an incredibly EASY healthy breakfast that is perfect for busy school day mornings or afternoons. Made from layers of vanilla yogurt, berries, granola and honey.
- 4 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup fresh strawberries , sliced
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
- 4 tablespoons honey
- Place ⅓ cup of the yogurt at the bottom of four serving glasses.
- Add a small layer of granola to cover yogurt and top with strawberries and blueberries.
- Add another layer of yogurt and then berries.
- Top with final layer of yogurt.
- Layer on the remaining granola and berries, then top with a drizzle of honey.
- Serve immediately.
