Macey's Anywhere is excited to announce that we're testing next-day grocery delivery! We've partnered with local Utah Company, FirstMile, to offer next-day grocery delivery to our Pleasant Grove and Sandy locations! If you love Macey's Anywhere, you will love Macey's Anywhere ... delivered!

Life is crazy sometimes and it seems that there is never enough time in the day. Whether you're trying to plan for a party, juggle kids and work or just get out of town, Macey's Anywhere delivery will give you more time in your day.

Grocery delivery also provides a new sense of freedom for those that recently had surgery, have difficulty moving around or are mobile impaired.

It is exciting to be a part of our next-day grocery delivery test. Currently we are only offering next-day grocery delivery. To have your groceries delivered Monday - Saturday, all orders must be placed by 7 p.m. the night before. For example, if you would like your groceries delivered between 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. on Friday, you must place your order by 7 p.m. on Thursday night.





To best accommodate your schedule, we have created the following windows available for next-day delivery. After you have added all of your items to your basket, simply choose the delivery window that works best. Please make sure that you have your confirmation handy and that you are home during your selected time to ensure your groceries are delivered seamlessly.

We are unable to deliver your groceries if there is nobody home.

All delivery orders must be submitted by 7:00 pm the night before.

The delivery radius for both Pleasant Grove and Sandy is 10 miles and the cost for all deliveries is $10. The regular minimum order of $30 still applies to each order.

Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, we are testing delivery at our Pleasant Grove and Sandy locations only.

To receive your items, there must be someone available at the delivery location. Whether it's a home or business address, simply provide your confirmation code to the delivery driver (listed on your emailed receipt) and receive your items. You will receive a reminder email within a few hours of your chosen delivery window. This email will also include your final receipt, which will include the final prices for any variable weight products, and will identify any substituted products. The delivery driver will then call or text you upon arriving at the delivery address. Available delivery windows vary by store but are typically two hours long, and you can place an order up to four days in advance for delivery. For security reasons, orders cannot be left unattended outside residences or businesses. All products ordered for delivery are maintained at the proper temperature until the moment it arrives at your door. Macey's Anywhere delivery service includes strict requirements on temperature controls, and all delivery drivers are trained on proper food safety procedures.

All deliveries have a flat cost of $10, within 10 miles of the store location.

When we thought of eCommerce delivery experts, there was no question that the FirstMile partnership made the most sense. Since 2011, FirstMile has specialized in both domestic and international eCommerce shipping. Two local Utah companies coming together to offer a simplified shopping experience to you, our guests. Now that's a win!

The delivery driver will meet you at the door with your groceries; they will not come inside your house. Please be ready to take the groceries inside your house once the delivery driver arrives.

Although tipping is certainly not expected, if you are happy with the service you received, please feel free to tip your delivery driver. You will also have the option to add a tip online at Step 4 of the checkout process.

Because many groceries are perishable, we will not deliver the groceries unless someone is home. A driver will attempt to deliver your order twice during their route and then your order will be returned to the store. A restocking fee may apply.

If your delivery order did not arrive, please call the store that your order was placed at. Your local store will able to quickly coordinate with their delightful delivery drivers to track down what happened and resolve the issue.

  • Your unique delivery order number (example: D10925-15)
  • Your unique confirmation code (example: CRD8T4)
  • The time your order was scheduled to be delivered

We are using this delivery pilot to learn as much as we can about grocery delivery. Over the next six weeks, we will be working hard to perfect our delivery model and discuss the potential of offering this service at the remaining Macey's locations.

As we look to expand the service into other Macey's locations, there is potential to offer same-day grocery delivery but currently, only next-day delivery is available.

Yes, in-store pickup is still available at both locations.

Currently we are only offering next-day grocery delivery. All orders must be placed by 7:00 pm the night before to be eligible for grocery delivery.

To receive delivery, you must live in a residential apartment or home and you or your doorman must be present to receive your order from the delivery provider during your selected delivery window. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the delivery by presenting the Confirmation Code is conclusively presumed to be authorized to receive the delivery.

If you or your doorman are not present during your selected delivery window, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to contact you and reschedule delivery (a re-delivery fee equal to the original delivery fee will apply). In such case, if we are unable to redeliver the order to you for any reason, the order will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee is equal to the sum of (A) 100% of the total dollar amount of your perishable items (since perishable items are custom-ordered and are fresh) plus (B) 25% of the total dollar amount of your nonperishable items.

You may modify orders before the Cutoff Time by contacting the store you placed your order at. To modify your order please:

  1. Call or email the store you placed your order with
  2. Please provide the following information
    • First Name, Last Name
    • Your unique order number (example: P10925-4 or D10925-15)
    • Your unique confirmation code (example: CRD8T4)
    • The time your order was scheduled to be picked up or delivered.
    • The items that you would like to add or remove from your order. Please specify brand, product name, flavor, size and any other preferences (organic, gluten-free, etc.) to help the store hand-select your item.
